Located at 320 Division Street South in the heart of Northfield, The Measuring Cup combines big city selection and small town service.  Owners Jan and Steve Osterkamp have stocked the sunny shop with brightly colored kitchen wares that will delight professional and novice chefs alike.  From quirky kitchen gadgets to high quality knives to decorative aprons, The Measuring Cup has something for every personality and price range.

The Measuring Cup is the second local retail business for the Osterkamps, now in their tenth year as owners and operators of Monarch Gift Shop.  The Measuring Cup’s Store Manager, Gina Lovestrand, is also the Osterkamps’ daughter.  She says, “As a family, we love to cook and we love how it brings people together.  We wanted to combine our love for Northfield, retail, and cooking into one unique store.”

The entire staff has gone through extensive training on our product lines with the wholesale representatives.  We want to provide our customers with advice and expertise from a knowledgeable, personable sales team.

The Measuring Cup is cooking up a variety of year-round special events, including product demonstrations, sampling, and more.  There is always something fun going on here, so we encourage people to stop in often and see what’s new!  The Measuring Cup is open from 9:30 am to 8:00 pm Monday through Friday, Saturday 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, and on Sunday from 11:00 am to 5:30 pm.
